When the bite calls for a squarebill with bass up in the shallows, toss this bad boy on the end of the line. Fishing it 4 to 6 feet deep and digging into the bottom will create a ruckus bass can’t lay off. The key to crankbait fishing is to bump into cover and mix in some pauses, and THAT is when bass will strike and you can set the hook! The tiny body of this squarebill gives off a loud knocking rattle just to sweeten the pot.
